Membership Form 2009-2010 Officers Meeting Information

“The best thing about the future, is that it only comes one day at a time.”

- Abraham Lincoln

At a time when our community is feeling the massive impact of the financial crisis in education, we call upon our parents, teachers and students to play a greater role in our children’s lives by becoming a member of Killian’s PTSA. You will not be asked to volunteer or attend meetings, however your participation is greatly welcomed.

Communication will be a major priority for the Killian PTSA. Regular, monthly board meetings ( 2nd Tuesday of every month during the school year ) as well as the general members meetings allow for parents, teachers, students and staff to share ideas, voice concerns and get questions answered. Important information is also communicated through the PTSA with group e-mails and automated phone messages.

Since its inception, Killian’s PTSA has provided countless hours of volunteer effort and contributed thousands of dollars in fund raising events to support the education and welfare of students.

The success of the PTSA depends on a committed team of parents and students. Join the team, become involved, and help make this year the most successful year Killian has ever had! Come and…make A difference!

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of the PTSA officers.

Regards,

Roland Herce
PTSA President
