The Fall physical for the 2009-2010 school year will be Tuesday, August 4th at 6:30 in the New Cafeteria. Please arrive prior to 6:00 in order to complete height , weight and eye exam. Please wear athletic clothing and bring your glasses if you wear them and bring a signed notarized physical form. You may get a blank form from your coach or athletic trainer. Also, you can purchase football insurance and athletic insurance at that time. |
