Fall Physicals will be held on Thursday, August 4th at 5 o'clock in the Annex cafeteria. Please have your physical pre-filled out, signed and notarized before arrival. Please review all documents and wear appropriate athletic clothing and wear your glasses if you normally do!

Athletic Insurance: All participating students MUST purchase the required $30.00 insurance from their respective coach. They must provide their Name, School ID# and Birthdate along with $30.00 CASH in order for processing to be completed and before they are cleared to participate.
